What we did?
The project involved the following customer requirements which included buffering, traverse and tank loading. These were also integrated into a Siemens controlled pressure testing system.
- Design of SystemThe R&D team worked diligently on designing a system to meet the customer requirements and could integrate with their existing Siemens control system.
- Manufactured In-houseThe conveyor buffer system was built locally in our Coniston facility with all new systems tested locally in Wollongong as well.
- Installation on SiteThe installation was successful within the allocated down day period and with the support of our engineering and commissioning team.
